|General Information||Simple Sushi is proud to be Idaho’s first and only fully sustainable fresh sushi bar. From the delicious selection of fresh caught fish to the recycled and renewable surfaces and furnishings, Simple Sushi’s comfortable and relaxed environment will make for a memorable experience every time.
Located in the heart of Historical Downtown Nampa, we offer the freshest fish as well as the largest sake selection in the valley. Our sustainable, fresh fish comes directly from Honolulu the day after it is caught, and we only serve fish that meets the Monterey Bay Aquarium seafood guidelines. Our goal is to keep things simple and delicious, which means we use the freshest ingredients, which includes locally grown produce!
We also avoid serving anything with high fructose corn syrup, food colorings, and anything containing pesticides or preservatives. Along with supporting our local farmers, our pottery is locally hand crafted by Puffy Mondaes (www.puffymondaes.com). Currently we are working towards obtaining Certified Green Restaurant certificates by utilizing sustainable practices such as recycling, using reusable chopsticks, offering 100% recycled to-go containers and composting to help keep food waste to a minimum.
Our Head Chef, Paul Beverley, will astonish you with his creative culinary skills, he constructs a delectable palate, pleasing even the most experienced sushi connoisseurs.
